Why is it important that the United States of America keep constant watch over unknown soldiers.....?

He died for his country, he was brought back here, and he has no identity. They dont know who he is and they dont have family for him. He is still under our watch until his family shows up to claim him and let him be at peace. In the begining there were 3, now there is only one. Hes our soldier until his family lays him to rest, and he needs guarded like all other soldiers. He had the backs of his men when he served. and the army has his back to this day.
