Does he like me when he does these things?

There's this boy in school, i don't have a crush on him but when his near me , i have the feeling, it's hard to explain, but hope most of you know what i mean.. His locker is right next to me.. and guess what ? we're actually friends.. everytime when i go to school, he sees me and kicks my , when i go to get my books, he always touches my hair, as a joking way, he punches me and tells me to punch him, he strangled me twice, which felt like he was hugging me.. I guess he was just flirting, i mean he flirts with my other friend as well, but not as my much as he did to me.. hrms.. he said to me as a friend.. he doesnt want a relationship yet,becaus the last one was heartbreaking? but its possible he likes someone, he thinks this girl is pretty.. but what he does to me means nothing? i'm lost.. Whenever we see each other, we look at each other in a i dunno way .. im totally lost
