We like each other but......?

we dont have enough time to hang out. he's so busy like his cl starts at 6am and ends at 7:30 pm. and no break! i got some free time to spend with him but we didn't go in same sch. AND! sometime he's not in the mood. but he's really nice and has a lot of stories, u wouldn't get bored when you're with him.. yeah guys i like him we already said we love each other but he didn't want to change his status on facebook.so my question is.. should i give him up?
