Heartbrokin' & doesnt understand the suation?

Okay, so this guy just dumped me, we were together almost 10 months and I fell hard for this boy, harder then I ever have. Our relationship wasn't the best, we CONSTANLY fought all the time, and so that's why he dumped me 'cause our last fight just went to far. And even though we fought constantly I knew he really loved me and cared about me. But as he was dumping me, he was like: "do you think were workin' out" and I said: "not really" (not knowing he was meaning for a break up). So then he was like: "well I really love you a lot, and I always will, I just think we need a break, maybe get back together later on.". And my friends have talked to him about gettin' back together and he says "I just need some time". And I'm crying every day and night, cryin' my self to sleep and everything. I really want him back, and I've sent him two messages, but he won't talk to me. And I know what ya'll are gonna say (is to just forget about him, and move on" but here's the thing I care and love him to just forget about him. He's all I think about, I can't get him out of my mind. And every now and then I cry. So what do I do?? Do you think he would wanna get back together with me later on??
