Are you upset that Jay Leno is leaving the Tonight Show, Or are you happy that Conan O'brian is taking over?

I know one thing, I am so very very disappointed in Jimmy Fallon's performance so far on Late Night. He is so nervous and twitchy i feel bad for him.
