If I dance with a guy (at a dance), does that convey that I like him?

So let's pretend that I'm at a dance, and a guy (who I don't have a crush on) asks me to dance. If I say yes, will it seem like I like him (in a special way)? I wouldn't want to make it seem like I did like him b/c I like someone else. Please help me! If it helps, I'm a middle schooler.
