feeding question....help?

i was feeding my little girl who is now 10months and then wiened her off on to solids, im confused now, its been about a week or so where nothing has come out, no leakage and they felt normal again so i thought that was it. but yesterday they have started leaking clear fluid again but they still feel empty...im worried as about 3 months ago me and my partner had an "accident" and i took the morning after pill but im worried if it has worked or can this leakage be normal. thanks
