EXPERTS ONLY!!!!!! are stallions good?

i really want a stallion and i've heard mix opinions. some people say they are all completely underestimated and if they are trained well they can be great horses, but if not trained they can be unpredictable and dangerous. some people say no matter what stallions always want to have things their way and are extremely unpredictable. using my horse sense i could say it goes either way but i want an expert opinion. please serious answers only and people who have owned/breed stallions as well. thanks!
