Acceleration lags/cuts out in civic?

When acccelerating, it lags/cuts out randomly at times, especially through first/second gear...it will feel bogged down and sputtering like theres a clog in the fuel system or something then instantly start accelerating normally again. Ive replaced the fuel filter, cleaned the injectors, cleaned air filter, cleaned the throttle body, cleaned the iacv, new spark plugs/wires and distributor cap. I cant figure it out..any help would be appreciated.
