i found a doctor online and on the website there are no pictures. is this a real doctor. they ask for half the money in advance. My mom wants to have her tubes untied so she can have a baby.kaiser is too expensive. is the doctor she found online a fake? what questions can i ask the doctor to make sure hes certified to touch my mother
