Do you think that the legitimate military uses of cluster bombs outweigh the damage they cause to innocents?

First off, cluster bombs, the ones used by the US at least, don't just ter tons of explosives blindly hoping to hit a target.. They are extremely advanced munitions each one releasing 40 smaller bombs, each one capable of individually targeting a separate target. A single cluster bomb can destroy an entire column of tanks. I am willing to bet a very small number of innocents if any at all have ever been killed as a result compared to the success they have brought on the battlefield.

we were having a conversation in cl about the mixing of the races, and while I think its cool and in fact am very appreciative of it since I wouldn't be here were it not for mixed couples, I also said I UNDERSTAND, why so many black females get upset when they see black men with white women. I didn't say I agree with it, just that I understand why they feel like they do. Number 1, there are very few decent acting men in general, number 2 there are even fewer decent acting black men in the US do to shear population size, number 3 if most of the black men in a black woman's neighborhood are with a woman of another race and the fact of the matter is that the extreme majority of white men, latinos, chinese etc are not attracted to black women that makes the black woman's dating pool extreeeemely shallow, so I can see why she is upset. Colorado is a cultural mixing pot. However, many people that live there do come from California so you may find comfort in that. The accent is usually very plain almost like a newscasters voice but since there are people from all over you may notice that people elongate their vowels.

I'm have mild acne and oily skin. I hate this so much and want to know what product gives the best results or the most consistent results. I have tried Proactiv abd it doesn't work for me at all. It leaves my skin feeling dry and I usually sweat it off anyway. Money isn't an issue, but I am not going to a skin specialist for a VI Peel, or anything else.
